I was glad when I learnt that you finally heeded the call for ministry. We both know this is long overdue. God had been sending signals to you since our undergraduate days but you were quite reluctant especially because you didn't want people to think you heed the call because you couldn't afford tertiary education or cope with the rigor it presents.
Anyways, years have passed and I'm sure you have been doing the Master's assignment with all zeal and grace as the Spirit of God enables you. However, I want to admonish you on the following;
Firstly, the work of the Gospel is not a one man business. You will definitely need a couple people. Some are needed as mentors as they have already on the path and will be there to guide you. They are individuals that understands your call and personality and are ready to faithfully counsel with you. They won't be intimidated by your special graces or talk you down, instead they will help you channel it rightly so you can avoid some potential pitfalls and aid your speedy growth. They will reprimand you if need be and you must not run from being accountable to them.
Some will be available for synergy. This group of people are needed to help keep the fire burning. Remember, "Iron sharpeneth iron...".
The other set of people are the subordinates. These are human capitals, or call it human resources, that you cannot afford to treat unjustly. Be quick to recognise their individual strength and deploy it for the growth of the kingdom of God. However, don't neglect this important part too. Be sensitive to them. They are different persons as such have different needs and emotional disposition. Be careful to pay attention to small details.

Secondly, it's no longer news that the Gospel has been permeated by the so called ministers who sincerely got the call initially from God be have now be polluted. Among several pollutants is this very common one that almost everyone is vulnerable to. I call it The Competition game. They compare themselves with other ministers are perversely pushed to do unimaginable things just to appear to be ahead. Please, avoid such path.
I would have loved to write more, but I'll conclude with this.
1. Never be pushed to measure the progress of your walk with God by the number of programs you are invited to. That is a dangerous and defective yardstick.
2. Do not mistake several invitations to minister as God's approval of your call. Some may be traps to shutdown your glory.
3. Don't influence your way through some individuals so that you can minister at "big" programs. That will be a cheap way to fame. God won't go with you"
4. Don't expect to be always be on guest list in a program you are familiar with the Host, because the year you will not be invited you may end up with bitterness and that is some heavy luggage you can't afford to travel with. Please, travel light, you will move faster.
5. Inasmuch as the trending thing is "packaging", do not lose touch of the realities in God's word. To what benefit is a Tuxedo suit well dry cleaned but with dry anointing. Leaving people return the same way they came. Give in to personal study of God's word and grow thereby.
6. Above all, be rapture conscious. Prepare to go "home" you are just a pilgrim here.
I Love you.
I Love you.
